Pro Gen Search is seeking a Senior Director of Manufacturing and Operations for a rapidly growing CDMO specializing in biologics manufacturing. This role will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Lead manufacturing and operations teams to meet production and quality goals.
• Oversee capacity planning, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and other regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with business development and R&D teams to align operational capabilities with client needs.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations within a CDMO or biotech company.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and manufacturing processes for biologics.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
• Proven ability to scale manufacturing operations.
