The RoleThe Proposal Manager plays a key role in advancing our mission by leading and coordinating end-to-end proposal development efforts in support of new business opportunities. Working closely with the Vice President of Public Sector and the Business Development team, this role manages the overall proposal process, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and ensures timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements are met. The Proposal Manager partners with subject matter experts, leadership, and operations teams to develop clear, compelling, and compliant content, with particular support for past performance and technical approach sections.
