** Facility Coordinator – JLL
**** What this job involves:
** As a Facility Coordinator at JLL, you will support the Facility Manager in delivering comprehensive services to operate and maintain assigned properties including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. This role requires you to develop strong client relationships with key representatives while supporting the client's corporate real estate goals and objectives. You'll directly support the Facility Manager in executing the needs of managing the assigned portfolio while maintaining client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs that reflect JLL's commitment to operational excellence and superior client service in integrated facility management.
** What your day-to-day will look like:
**** Client Service and Relationship Management:*
* • Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key representatives while supporting corporate real estate objectives
• Manage client badging process for facility workforce and vendors with comprehensive oversight
• Oversee client conference room needs including organizing, configuration, and light cleaning for optimal functionality
• Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL initiatives while ensuring seamless execution
** Operations and Compliance Management:*
* • Support compliance with JLL minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management, and operational policies
• Utilize One View Projects platform for small capital projects while ensuring adherence to established procedures
• Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly
• Identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly for continuous improvement
• Manage all duties in compliance with Master Services Agreement and applicable performance measurements
** Work Order and Maintenance Coordination:*
* • Assist with receiving and dispatching work orders to technical staff, vendors, or other service providers utilizing Corrigo
• Facilitate inspections of assigned properties while proactively addressing any deficiencies
• Provide facility-specific assistance to project management team as needed or requested
• Support implementation of EHS management systems while enforcing Company policies and training requirements
** Vendor and Supplier Management:*
* • Provide management services for all subcontracted and managed suppliers ensuring consistent service delivery
• Oversee landscape maintenance, janitorial, security, waste/recycling, window cleaning, interior plant maintenance, vending, and food services
• Ensure all facility services are delivered consistently with agreement terms and quality standards
** Administrative and Financial Support:*
* • Manage technician payroll and reporting with accurate record keeping and timely processing
• Handle technician PTO and reporting while ensuring adequate coverage and scheduling
• Manage technician P-Card receipts and reporting for comprehensive expense tracking
• Support development of monthly/quarterly variance reporting for operating budgets
• Assist in development and management of operational and capital budgets
** Facility Operations Support:*
* • Perform day-to-day mailroom tasks including organization and distribution of correspondence
