Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, IT Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs, engaging with business units to gather requirements, and ensuring successful delivery in a dynamic environment. This role requires flexibility to occasionally work early hours to accommodate European meetings while collaborating primarily with engineers on Eastern Standard Time.

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Engage with business units to gather and clarify requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to ensure alignment and progress.
• Balance and prioritize multiple programs in a rapidly changing environment.
• Participate in early morning meetings (4 AM–6 AM EST) as needed to support European stakeholders; schedule will be consistent and communicated in advance.

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional early hours for European meetings.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 depending on experience
