What is our Leadership Development Program?The Car Care Leadership Development program is designed to provide future leaders the foundation and guidance to operate and lead a Car Care center. Participants will train with influential leaders across various locations to learn and comprehend all Car Care processes and functions.
What can you expect from this program?- Lead and assist in customer service and sales processes, including customer service, sales, writing and updating repair orders, and digital vehicle inspections.
- Manage overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities of the Car Care location (payroll, expense control, shop efficiencies).
- Review financial and sales performance reports and profit/loss statements; implement actionable solutions to meet key performance indicators.
- Monitor and maintain company inventory standards.
- Optimize staff performance by providing continuous training, coaching, feedback, and recognition.
- Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Document performance issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare staff schedules for adequate coverage.
- Partner with Area/Regional Manager to recruit, interview, select, and hire appropriate staff; handle compensation changes, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
- Maintain highest customer service scores by handling complaints immediately and resolving to assist members/customers.
- Actively look for member/customer needs across all business lines; introduce members to other departments.
- Champion safety and ensure Car Care branch complies with safety guidelines. Conduct investigations for safety incidents and identify opportunities for correction or improvement.

- Competitive pay range starting at $50,000 (rate based on experience and hours worked).

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or technical school certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 6 months or more of customer service or sales experience.
- Results‑focused bias for action.
- Ability to analyze financial information for strategic opportunities.
- Effective team and partnership management.
- Strong collaboration skills to achieve common goals.
- Objective decision making, forward‑thinking with organizational goals.
- Quick understanding of business risks and opportunities.
- Strong communication and interaction with leaders, peers, employees, partners, and contacts.
- Process learning and readiness for future Service Advisor, Assistant Facility Manager, or Facility Manager roles.
- Capability to work effectively in busy environments and handle difficult situations.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- May experience loud noises and odors in the shop environment.
- Requires standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and carrying automotive parts (up to ~80 lbs).
- Own tools appropriate for skills.
- Must work in the heat (some locations without air conditioning but fans available).
- Maintain standing position in a concrete facility for the entire shift.
