Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Design Build

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater design‑build projects for private industrial and municipal clients. The role manages all phases of projects from inception to delivery, drives business development, and leads subcontractor relationships.

• Develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue and margin growth.
• Develop and manage project construction estimates, financial metrics and schedules.
• Manage design‑build and construction projects for water/wastewater facilities.
• Work with HSE leadership to manage safety approach across projects.
• Achieve schedule and budget objectives.
• Mobilize, energize and organize cross‑functional teams for success.
• Collaborate proactively with other groups and offices across the water sector.
• Review and manage prime contracts and subcontract terms and strategies.
• Lead subcontractor selection and partnering, including contract strategy and pricing.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil, environmental or related engineering.
• 15+ years managing complex multi‑disciplined water/wastewater projects.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality assurance/control and risk management.
• Experience managing planning, design and construction phases with coordination among disciplines.
• Experience in business development and client management, including proposals.
• Ability to develop statements of qualifications, proposals, and execution plans.
• Effective communication of project expectations to team and client.
• Mentoring of junior staff.
• Coordinating projects from planning through construction, commissioning and start‑up.
• Client retention and relationship management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
