Position Summary

TRANZACT is seeking an enthusiastic and disciplined CRM Marketing Manager to own strategy and performance for all email and SMS engagement campaigns across the customer journey in our key lines of business:
Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Life & Supplemental insurance. This leadership role manages a team and drives cross-functional collaboration across Marketing & Sales, serving as the key subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all CRM nurture and acquisition strategy.

The specific responsibilities of the CRM Marketing Manager
  • Own all email marketing and SMS channel strategy across 20+ brands and 3M+ contacts, including the prioritization, execution, and monitoring of performance
  • Manage a team of CRM Specialists and Analysts to configure, schedule, project manage, and test multiple campaigns and journeys on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Integrated Marketing teams to prioritize communications from conception, brand approval and federal filing, to reporting results
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert and voice of the consumer, navigating the needs of the customer through personalization and segmentation while staying up to date on industry changes (e.g. iOS privacy), competitor/market activity, and federal & carrier regulations
  • Establish standard operating procedures on deliverability, testing & QA, and approvals to ensure operational efficiency
  • Work with Business and Marketing leadership to innovate new tactics, e.g. cross-sell campaigns and automations, to drive breakthrough growth for the business
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience managing email & lifecycle marketing campaigns with proven track record of performance
  • 1+ years’ experience managing direct reports and/or external vendors
Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is based upon experience.

This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.
