Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role located at 14460 Falls of Neuse Rd, Raleigh, NC, for a Property Attendant. The responsibilities include assisting with routine property maintenance, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and collaborating with property management. Tasks may include groundskeeping, property inspections, general upkeep and minor repairs. The role requires proactive engagement to ensure property standards are upheld. Tasks should take approximately one hour each morning.
Qualifications- Capability to work independently and perform hands-on tasks on-site
- Consistancy and reliable transportation, preferably a truck
