What to ExpectIn this full-time role, you'll delegate tasks, operate equipment like excavators and skid steers, and tackle erosion repairs, dredging, grading, and planting. You'll ensure safety, track hours, and submit reports, all while leading projects that protect communities and the environment.
Responsibilities- Lead a crew on stormwater repair projects across North Carolina.
- Operate heavy equipment and ensure safe, efficient job execution.
- Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain quality standards.
- Document hours, prepare reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and on-site problem solving.
- Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry, with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with landscaping and construction equipment.
- Effective communication and team management skills.
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel between job sites in a company vehicle.
- Commitment to safety, problem-solving, and innovative thinking.

Pay: $18-$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
