This person would need a working knowledge of the access control, CCTV, and security industries and have a strong learning mentality to improve and grow. Experience with creating and establishing a book of business as well as managing and growing accounts is a strong plus.
This person would work actively with leadership to establish targets, tactics, and efforts in which they will go after sales. This person would be empowered to sell in their own way.
