Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virgnia, or Arizona

This position manages a team of associates responsible for the implementation of complex Treasury Management solutions. Leads client implementation efforts, providing direction and training to meet service level expectations. Collaborates with internal partners in IT, Operations and Product Management to ensure seamless implementation of services, identifying and implementing process improvements as necessary. Creates methods of tracking product status and measurement reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Supervisory Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals. Manages the hiring, scheduling, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes department achievements by providing ongoing training and education.
  • Operations - Manages the daily workflow of support and implementation activities, leading efforts for high-profile clients. Serves as liaison and primary line of support for wider business unit. Identifies and implements process enhancements.
  • Reporting - Tracks associate performance and product status through measurement reporting. Monitors service level agreements and reviews client trends.
  • Client Service - Utilizes reporting results and direct feedback to offer tactical insight into client experience. Provides guidance to staff on client service and satisfaction to enhance support experience.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Bank Operations, Treasury or Product Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership / supervisory capacity OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Bank Operations, Treasury or Product Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership / supervisory capacity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience implementing file transmission, APIs, Integrated Payables or Receivables services.
  • Advanced knowledge of common treasury file formats
  • Prior experience implementing purchasing card, file transmission, APIs, Integrated Payables or Receivables services.
