Are you an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented construction professional looking to lead meaningful projects and grow your career? We’re searching for a Project Supervisor to oversee multi-family construction projects from planning to completion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values high-quality results, and enjoys leading teams to success.

What You’ll DoProject Execution & Coordination
  • Plan project scopes, build budgets, create timelines, and develop schedules for projects lasting two weeks or longer.
  • Coordinate start dates, project milestones, and expectations with clients and trade partners.
Client Communication & Service
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide consistent progress updates, lead pre-construction meetings, and conduct final walk-throughs to ensure client satisfaction.
Material & Labor Management
  • Source, order, and track materials and labor within approved budgets.
  • Oversee inventory, jobsite equipment needs, price negotiations, and required permits.
Site Leadership & Safety
  • Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to OSHA safety standards.
  • Ensure all work meets project requirements and company expectations.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, photos, schedules, and budget updates in project management software.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports for clients and internal leadership.
Financial Oversight
  • Manage budgets, approve invoices, and track project expenses.
  • Review financial status regularly and communicate updates as needed.
Trade Partner & Vendor Relations
  • Lead and manage subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality work.
  • Build relationships with new trade partners to support long-term growth and future projects.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in construction project management, ideally within multi-family or commercial projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with Job Tread or similar project management software is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines, quality, and budget integrity.
