General Manager – Kisco Senior Living

The General Manager at The Cardinal at North Hills is responsible for providing exemplary leadership to a management team and driving high standards in resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial performance and process management.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve associate engagement, resident loyalty, and high financial performance
  • Effectively manage all operational areas of the community
  • Ensure that residents receive appropriate care
  • Conduct community business planning and forecasting
  • Achieve results for revenue growth and expense management
  • Create and manage the operating and Cap Ex budgets
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Execute and support the Sales Leadership process
  • Apply knowledge of the competition, industry trends
  • Improve and/or redesign pricing, programs and services
  • Create and implement a sales and marketing plan to achieve occupancy and NOI growth
  • Adhere to and ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., worker’s compensation, Assisted Living regulations, OSHA, etc.)
Qualifications

  • Be a great team player
  • College degree
  • Master’s degree in Business Management preferred
  • Minimum of 8‑10 years’ management level experience
  • Experience in senior living, hospitality, hotel or service industries preferred
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
