We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Electrical Superintendent with extensive experience in industrial electrical construction. • Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure all electrical work is executed safely and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with other trades and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to electricians and other construction personnel, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure all work is being carried out to the highest standards.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Conduct training and development sessions for team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
• Resolve any on-site issues or disputes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budget.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry, specifically dealing with industrial electrical construction.
• Must possess a valid NC Unlimited Electrical License.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
