Candidate will be allowed to work remote. Work must be completed on site in Raleigh, NC at the client's discretion. Client has not notified of any intention to return to onsite work. Candidate must work EST Business Hours.

We have an opening for a Project Program Manager (up to 12 months with the option of an extension) located in Raleigh, NC.

• Program Management experience managing multiple large complex projects – 5 years required.
• Experience creating roadmaps for the portfolio – 7 years required.
• Experience developing business case, cost benefit and market analysis – 5 years required.
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope and schedule – 7 years required.
• Objective decision‑making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability – required.
• Hands‑on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications – 7 years required.
• Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills – required.
• Demonstrated presentation, training skills, oral and written communication skills – required.
• Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) – 7 years required.
• Experience with MS Office – 7 years required.
• PMI certification Project Management Professional (PMP) – highly desired.
• State Government experience – highly desired.
• Experience managing implementation of a statewide IT project – highly desired.
• Experience managing or supervising IT application/system replacement projects – 5 years required.
• Experience collaborating with State and Local Government – 3 years highly desired.
