Overview
STORMWATER PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities- Lead complex projects in stormwater management, watershed planning, drainage design, flood mitigation, and environmental compliance
- Manage project delivery end‑to‑end: client relations, technical direction, and stakeholder coordination
- Mentor junior and mid‑level staff to foster professional growth
- Play a leadership role in team development, business development initiatives, and aligning projects with client and regulatory goals
- PE license—or ability to obtain within six months
- 12+ years of engineering experience, including at least 6 years managing teams
- Strategic, self‑motivated, team‑oriented, with excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
