We are looking for a genuine, motivated, and driven team member to join our Apartment Living team as a Maintenance Manager. We are looking for YOU!
We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Manager to lead a service-focused team, ensure high-quality repairs and preventative maintenance, and uphold HHHunt standard operating procedures with vendors and staff.
Who you are- A Super Hero. You know how (or can easily learn how) to diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, structural, lighting, and security systems.
- The Team Leader. You lead the service team as they perform preventative maintenance and timely, high-quality repairs. You work with vendors to ensure their standards align with HHHunt’s standards. You teach by showing and doing and follow up to ensure standards are met.
- The Coach. You share wisdom, prioritize daily and monthly tasks, and motivate your team to exceed customer expectations.
- An Engaged Community Partner. You are concerned about the needs of others and brainstorm ways to help people and causes within the community.
- Organized and Confident. You manage a high volume of details, vendors, the maintenance budget, and supply inventories.
- Resourceful Problem Solver and Team Player. You work with your teammates to follow through on commitments and delight customers with exceptional service.
- Driven To Have Fun Every Day. You help create a positive team culture and celebrate successes while delivering excellent service.
- Oversee and inspect your team's work and sometimes perform tasks yourself.

- Be passionate about our community by ensuring grounds, amenities, and office are ready to WOW customers at all times.
- Work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities while ensuring an exceptional experience for customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Apartment Maintenance Manager role for a multifamily community.
- EPA Certification required.
- CPO Certification required.
- Impeccable record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Physical agility and mobility.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The hourly rate for this position starts at $29.21/hr and may increase depending on skills and experience.
