House Cleaning Technician - Ivory Pines Cleaning

The Role

As a House Cleaning Technician, you'll provide a consistently calm, detailed, and reliable cleaning experience for our clients. This role focuses on becoming the trusted person clients look forward to, ensuring our promise of health, safety, and excellence every day. You'll receive training, feedback, and support through our “Tell Us Your Dreams” program to achieve personal and professional goals.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $2,600/month, plus commissions, bonuses, and tips.
  • Salary paid bi‑weekly (Base + Commissions + Bonuses).

Schedule
  • Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Work Environment

You’ll work with a Lead who guides you through processes, provides training, and sets clear expectations. We encourage teamwork, structure, and ownership without micromanagement. As you grow, you can advance to senior or lead roles.
