Position: Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $70,000/year

Experience: Experience managing procurement, inventory planning, and supply chain operations required.

Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Greene Resources is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description
  • Manage procurement of kit components including threads, fibers, canvases, and packaging from domestic and international vendors.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate supply shipments to support production schedules.
  • Analyze inventory levels and demand trends to determine purchasing and production needs.
  • Oversee production planning for hundreds of needlepoint kit designs across multiple brands.
  • Maintain detailed kit specifications, documentation, and assembly requirements.
  • Monitor inventory across warehouses and coordinate stock transfers when necessary.
  • Maintain product and inventory data across enterprise systems and inventory planning software.
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and warehouse teams to support product launches and kit availability.
Position Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory forecasting, and supply chain planning.
  • Experience managing vendor sourcing and supplier relationships.
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to support purchasing decisions.
  • Experience maintaining operational documentation and product specifications.
  • Ability to develop workflows and improve operational processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for resolving supply or production issues.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
