Corporate Attorney

A prominent law firm with deep roots in NC and a strong national footprint is looking to add a Corporate Associate to its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated deals and high-level corporate matters in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Candidate must have 3 plus years of transactional experience (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions). The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple work streams, drafting and negotiating agreements, and advising clients on a broad range of business matters.
