Join MGC's Workers' Compensation Team in Raleigh, NC! MGC is an industry leading civil litigation firm celebrating 30 years of excellence in 2025 spanning 23 offices across 12 states. We are currently seeking an attorney to join our Workers' Compensation team in Raleigh. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team.

- Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
- Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
- Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
- Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.
- Required: Juris Doctorate; licensed to practice law in North Carolina or pending North Carolina bar exam results.
- Preferred experience: 1-5 years of workers' compensation experience.
