Litigation Paralegal

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Ascendo Resources is partnering with a well-established law firm that is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its fast-paced Raleigh office. This role supports multiple attorneys in an active litigation practice and requires strong case management, drafting, discovery, and deadline coordination skills. The paralegal will play a critical role in keeping matters on track and supporting attorney effectiveness.

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• North Carolina litigation experience required
• Working knowledge of NC and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence
• Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
• Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree or ABA-accredited paralegal certificate
• Experience with document management and billing systems (e.g., Net Documents, Aderant)
• Exposure to business or complex civil litigation
• Full-time, in-office role
