We are seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to take on a leadership role within our firm. This position is designed for an experienced family law attorney who is comfortable managing sophisticated cases independently while also mentoring and training associate attorneys. This is not an entry‑level or mid‑level role. We are looking for a highly skilled practitioner who brings deep experience, sound strategic judgment, and the ability to guide others.

Compensation reflects senior‑level responsibility and performance, comparable to what many firms pay non‑equity partners.

Base Salary: $180,000–$275,000+, depending on experience, reputation, and performance.
