Associate Litigation Attorney

This is not your typical stuffy firm; we work hard, but we believe in fostering a positive team environment with room for growth. We’re looking for a motivated litigation attorney to handle professional license defense and administrative law cases for our firm. Our next team member will diligently prepare for settlement conferences and be able to articulately defend clients at contested hearings before licensing boards and state agencies.

Some experience is desired but not required.

Attorneys must possess patience when interacting with clients and must assist them in preparing for settlement conferences, contested case hearings, and any interviews with investigators.

This position will require you to appear in court and litigate cases, so you must feel confident and comfortable in this environment. If you enjoy the competitive nature of trial work, you will have plenty of opportunities.
