Overview
Walker Allen is a civil trial/litigation firm with offices in Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, and Goldsboro North Carolina and an office in Mount Pleasant South Carolina.
We are looking for an experienced lawyer with litigation and trial experience for possible lateral transfer into our firm as income partner in our Raleigh and/or Goldsboro office. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience is preferred.
Responsibilities- Provide litigation and trial services across discovery, motions practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
- Collaborate with partners and clients; lead case strategy as applicable.
- Travel frequently for client meetings, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial.
- Licensed to practice in North Carolina.
- 4-5 years of litigation experience; actual trial experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, research, and writing skills.
