Overview
This is not your typical firm; the office focuses on fostering a positive team environment with opportunities for growth. We are seeking a motivated litigation attorney to handle professional license defense and administrative law cases.
Responsibilities- Prepare for settlement conferences and contested case hearings.
- Defend clients articulately at licensing board and state agency hearings.
- Interact with clients, assist in preparing for investigations and interviews.
- Litigate cases and appear in court as needed.
Some experience in the area is desired but not required. Candidates should be patient, confident, and comfortable litigating in a competitive environment.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $78,000 - $100,000 yearly plus discretionary quarterly bonus
- 401(k) option after 12 months of employment
- Health insurance benefits after 6 months of employment
- Paid holidays and PTO after 6 months of employment
- Work-from-home flexibility may be available after 60 days
