The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition and initiative, with relevant experience in complex land use, development, zoning, permitting, and municipal matters. Experience serving as counsel to municipalities is a plus. NC Bar admission (or ability to waive in) is preferred. Outstanding academic records in undergraduate and law school are required.

Excellent written, analytical, and verbal skills are essential.
