Location:

Madison, WI (relocation required and fully reimbursed).

You’ll support Epic’s ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on potential risk areas such as regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You’ll also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

Requirements:

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
