Your Role and Responsibilities.As a Client Support Specialist on our Business Insurance team, you will deliver prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to both clients and colleagues. You will collaborate with fellow team members to address customer service needs effectively, while your keen attention to detail is critical for tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.
We’re Excited to Meet You If You Have:- A high school diploma.
- A minimum of two years of commercial insurance experience, preferably within an agency setting.
- A Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
- An insurance designation such as INS, AAI, or CISR, or the capability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge.
- Legal authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- Progress towards CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations.
- Experience with EPIC, Sagitta, and Image Right.
