Our client, a leading organization within banking and financial services, is seeking a PM / SEO Specialist to join their team. As a PM / SEO Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Marketing & Optimization Department supporting SEO, Development, and Vendor Management teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and a proactive ownership mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: PM / SEO Specialist
Location: Remote EST (Raleigh NC Preferred)
Employment: 6-12 Month Contract with Right to Hire

What’s the Job?
  • Own and manage multiple SEO and digital optimization projects end-to-end while maintaining a consistent operational cadence.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage timelines, deliverables, QA, and project accountability.

  • Lead and support enterprise website migrations, including redirect mapping, sitemap management, and post-migration monitoring.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting trackers, and weekly status updates to ensure transparency and progress.

  • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to implement SEO best practices and support testing initiatives.

What’s Needed?
  • Strong project management discipline with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple work streams.

  • Experience working in highly regulated or compliance-driven industries with an understanding of risk mitigation and escalation processes.

  • Hands‑on experience with enterprise SEO tools such as Conductor or Bright Edge and familiarity with Adobe Analytics.

  • Experience supporting enterprise website migrations
    , including redirect planning, XML sitemap management, and QA testing.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical SEO concepts with developers and cross-functional teams.
