Life Science Integration Architect / Program Manager

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans
  , including milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage multiple work streams and interdependencies across cross-functional R D and IT teams.

• Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  , depending on project needs.
• Ensure adherence to Gilead governance frameworks
  , including gating processes and PMO standards.
• Facilitate core team meetings, weekly status reviews, and steering committee meetings
  , producing clear agendas and action tracking.

• Own budget planning, forecasting, and tracking
  , including Cap Ex/Op Ex , accruals, POs, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial reporting in GPS‑PPM (Clarity) and related financial systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal procurement teams to ensure contractual and delivery alignment.

• Act as the primary communication bridge between R&D business partners, IT teams, Quality, and leadership.
• Provide clear, concise executive-level reporting
  , including risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Proactively elevate risks and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.

• Manage GxP-regulated projects
  , coordinating validation activities, change control, and required documentation.

Ensure solutions comply with Gilead quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $155,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
