About Carimus &

The Role:

We are Carimus, a brand experience and digital transformation agency, now proudly part of the Spyrosoft Group. Since 2013, we've brought together the best of art and engineering to create meaningful impact in the digital world. By fusing strategy, creativity, and technology, we help brands break through and connect with their audiences on an emotional level. As part of Spyrosoft, we’re expanding our capabilities and reach while staying true to our human‑centered approach crafting experiences that matter for both our clients and our team.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring our work is delivered predictably and at a high level of quality. You’ll act as the central owner of delivery, aligning clients, creative teams, and engineering around clear scope, timelines, and resourcing while keeping work connected to business goals. You’ll own day‑to‑day delivery decisions, ensuring projects stay on track financially and operationally, engineering time is planned effectively, and risks are identified early.

Your ability to translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders will directly impact client trust and delivery success.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage 4–6 active projects with Energy & Utilities clients, aiming to increase account footprint through monthly recurring revenue and delivery.
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery for multiple client accounts, balancing scope, resourcing, delivery quality, and industry‑specific regulatory and operational considerations.
  • Align clients, creative teams, and engineering around clear scope, timelines, resourcing decisions, and delivery constraints common in Energy & Utilities environments.
  • Partner closely with engineering to plan work, estimate effort, and ensure teams are appropriately staffed and aligned, accounting for system dependencies, reliability requirements, and regulatory timelines.
  • Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure the project team adheres to project requirements, regulatory standards, and operational expectations.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders, including operational, compliance, or regulatory partners and ensuring technical and operational feasibility.
  • Develop and maintain a project plan, outlining tasks, milestone dates, status, costs, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor scope creep and convert changes into billable change requests when possible.
  • Accurately book and forecast required staff across creative and engineering teams; monitor utilization, burn, and delivery health in complex, reliability‑critical client environments.
  • Track and roll up key information that allows leadership to understand the health of each project, including profit & loss, schedule, NPS survey scores, customer issues or escalations, delivery team utilization, project risk, and delivery performance.
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve issues such as regulatory delays, system dependencies, vendor coordination, or operational constraints before they impact milestones, budgets, or client trust.
  • Lead internal and external meetings to drive alignment, accountability, and forward progress.
  • Support long‑term account health by delivering consistently and identifying opportunities to expand ongoing or recurring work in trust‑based Energy & Utilities client relationships.
  • Conduct project reviews and lessons learned to improve future delivery, particularly in regulated or infrastructure‑driven engagements.
  • Understand business requirements to provide guidance to the team to capture and document the requirements.
  • Manage and track budgets across the portfolio to allocate funds appropriately to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide revenue forecast for your assigned projects/accounts.
  • Facilitate business reviews with clients on a quarterly or semi‑annual basis.
