The Work Itself
  • Serve as Scrum Master for analytics squads: facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews, retrospectives), uphold Agile principles, and coach team members on best practices.
  • Partner with project teams and stakeholders (LOB Leads, Digital Marketing, Technology, Marketing Research, Content & Strategy) to define clear objectives, scope, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for marketing analytics initiatives.
  • Own project planning and execution: create and maintain roadmaps, sprint plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource plans across concurrent projects.
  • Drive backlog management: ensure well-groomed epics/stories, prioritize work based on business value, and maintain alignment with strategic goals and KPI frameworks.
  • Remove impediments: proactively identify and resolve blockers, coordinate with data owners and technology teams, and elevate risks with mitigation plans.
  • Standardize processes and documentation: establish templates, playbooks, and operating rhythms for measurement plans, attribution analyses, KPI reporting, and cross-team handoffs.
  • Improve delivery performance: track and report Agile and project health metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time, on-time delivery, stakeholder satisfaction) and lead retrospectives to implement actionable improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies: align campaign timelines, data availability, and analytics deliverables across online/offline channels and platforms.
  • Ensure transparent communication: prepare and present status updates, timelines, and dashboards to leadership and partners; maintain project artifacts and decision logs.
  • Support change management: enable teams to adopt new tools, workflows, and governance for measurement and attribution; provide training and onboarding as needed.
