Position: Senior Architect / Analyst

As a Senior Architect / Analyst, you will be at the forefront of shaping our enterprise technology landscape. You will leverage your expertise to design, evaluate, and optimize complex systems and business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and blueprints that support scalable and secure IT environments.
  • Design and recommend innovative, efficient, and resilient systems and applications using latest technologies and best practices.
  • Identify emerging technologies and formulate strategic adoption plans to maintain competitive edge.
  • Conduct thorough requirements analysis, translating business needs into precise technical specifications.
  • Perform gap assessments, pinpointing opportunities for system improvements and process efficiencies.
  • Analyze risks associated with proposed solutions, developing mitigation strategies to ensure robust implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, engineers, and project managers—to ensure solutions are accurately implemented and integrated.
  • Provide expert guidance during system integration, deployment, and testing phases, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Review system designs, code, and configurations, maintaining high quality and compliance.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering effective communication and alignment.
  • Present architectural proposals, analysis results, and technical insights to senior leadership clearly and confidently.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather input and facilitate consensus-building.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with security policies, regulatory requirements, and performance standards.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of architecture decisions, processes, and system configurations.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews with detailed technical evidence.
  • Monitor ongoing system performance, recommending enhancements to optimize operations.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and refine future initiatives.
  • Mentor junior architects and analysts, fostering organizational growth and capability development.
  • Support legacy system modifications and migrations using Test-Driven Development (TDD) approaches.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, including Dev Ops, SDLC, and agile methodologies, to continually enhance architecture strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A relevant degree is preferred; equivalent work experience (minimum 11 years) can be considered.
  • 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, enterprise analysis, or IT leadership positions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and modern IT infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with systems analysis, modelling, and design tools.
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and effective IT governance.
  • Familiarity with solutions development frameworks such as Docker, Jenkins, and Git Lab.
  • Experience working with Postgres databases and containerization.
  • Knowledge of SDLC practices, Agile methodologies, and tools like Version One.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to mentor team members and influence stakeholders.

Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 – $65.00 Hourly
