Pro Edit’s client, a global leader in digital entertainment, is looking for an Information Security (Info Sec) professional with strong reporting and communication skills. This is a hybrid role. It combines hands‑on security work with creating reports and clear updates for leaders.

In this role, you will work with multiple Info Sec teams. You will collect and review data from security tools, measure risk and compliance progress, and turn complex findings into clear reports. Your work will help both technical teams and executive leaders understand the company’s security posture.

This role is ideal for an Info Sec analyst or engineer who enjoys organizing data, building dashboards, and explaining technical topics in simple terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and improve how security data is tracked and reported.
  • Collect and review data from security platforms to assess risk and compliance status.
  • Build dashboards and reports that give leaders a clear view of security metrics.
  • Create presentations and written updates for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Develop standard templates for weekly, monthly, and critical security updates.
  • Document how security metrics are defined and calculated to ensure consistency.
  • Partner with internal teams to make sure reporting processes can be maintained after the contract ends.
Key Deliverables
  • A clear reporting strategy with recommended tools and methods.
  • An executive dashboard that shows key security and compliance metrics (e.g., Crowd Strike coverage, Wiz vulnerability status, compliance readiness).
  • A written playbook that explains how metrics are collected and reported.
  • Standard communication templates for recurring security updates and alerts.
  • Training materials or documentation to help full‑time staff manage the reporting process going forward.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience working in Information Security.
  • Experience using security platforms such as Crowd Strike (required) and cloud security tools like Wiz.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or COPPA.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, project management, and written communication.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, or structured reporting systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
