  • Monitor and optimize the performance of analytics infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost‑efficiency.
  • Work with Global Data Analytics to integrate disparate data sources, providing a holistic view of key customer interactions and activity, and measuring key organizational initiatives.
  • Establish and coordinate data flow between internal sources and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with US and international data privacy and security regulations.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a data science role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Jupyter, GOplot), and common data manipulation libraries (Num Py, pandas, polars).
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow, XGBoost) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Strong understanding of biopharma commercial data operations and sales data analytics infrastructure.
  • Creative thinker; self‑directed; able to develop a plan, gain alignment, and execute.
  • Highly collaborative; flexible; comfortable dealing with all aspects of a commercial business and making recommendations to optimize company or team performance.
  • Can build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
