IT Consultant, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst
Infosys is seeking a Associate Consultant - Control Systems highly skilled and experienced professional to play the role of Business Analyst/Functional consultant in various engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in business analysis, creating as-is and to-be process maps, and a proven track record of developing and implementing AI/RPA solutions. A passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation is essential.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Candidates with three years of progressive experience in the specialty will be considered in lieu of each year of education.
At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.

Excellent understanding of creating L4/L5 process flows from L2/L3 details and converting them to user stories on ADO, along with an understanding of how various engineers order project work and knowledge of project management methodologies, especially from instrumentation and electrical aspects (including drawing creation, approvals, generating BOM of control panels, creating PLC software, testing of control software, panel manufacturing drawings).

. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client locations.
- At least 2 years of experience in the domain of control systems/PLC (preferable) or at least some exposure to manufacturing/process industry.
- Certifications – Any BA or product owner certifications.
- Play the role of BA/functional consultant in different client programs from time to time.
- Create thought leadership artefacts or publish papers on various topics relevant to the industry.
- Create PoVs and help support the sales team in the market development initiatives.
- Drive requirement sessions/workshops with business users.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
- Provide thought leadership and functional guidance to ensure high‑quality functional architecture.
- Should be a candidate looking for continuous learning, staying updated with the latest RPA tools and innovations, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance automation capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex business concepts to stakeholders.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
