Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 5+ years of manual testing experience in Five 9 contact center or telephony environments.
• Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, CTI, CRM, and omnichannel platforms (e.g., Five9, Amazon Connect, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect).
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Test Rail, Zephyr) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, and call routing concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in agile/scrum environments.
Salary Range- $100,000-$110,000 a year #LI-SP3 #LI-VX1
