Descriptions:
Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science| Information Technology| or related field (or equivalent experience).5 years of manual testing experience in Five 9 contact center or telephony environments.
Strong understanding of IVR| ACD| CTI| CRM| and omnichannel platforms (e.g.| Five9| Amazon Connect| Genesys| Avaya| Cisco| Amazon Connect).
Experience with test management tools (e.g.| Test Rail| Zephyr) and bug tracking tools (e.g.| Jira).Familiarity with SIP| VoIP| and call routing concepts.
Excellent analytical| problem-solving| and communication skills.
Ability to work in agile scrum environments.
