Senior Content Designer

Join our team to support Digital Commerce as a senior content designer, playing a pivotal role in shaping user experiences through effective communication and design.

• 5 years of experience in content design, UX writing, digital marketing, copywriting, or related field
• Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
• Ability to lead complex content strategies and translate ambiguous requirements and constraints into clear, scalable content patterns
• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2

• Experience in financial institutions, specifically retail banking
• Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro
• Exposure to microcopy or marketing in previous roles

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
• Ensure user-friendly messaging for design flows, helping users securely and seamlessly complete tasks with confidence and ease
• Play a key role in shaping communication of highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints
