North Carolina needs Service Now Technical Specialist for a contract position.

• Position: Service Now Technical Specialist
• Location: Hybrid
• Position Type: Contract

Job Description:

• Design and Development: Create and manage Service Now applications and modules, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
• Configuration: Customize Service Now modules and applications to fit the specific needs of the business, including incident management, change management, problem management, and more.
• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues with the Service Now platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts, workflows, or integrations.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for Service Now configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Best Practices: Implement best practices for Service Now development and administration, including coding standards, testing procedures, and change management processes.
• Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

• Proven Service Now experience
• Web applications, networks, protocols and email
• Web Technologies (HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
• Impeccable time-management and record keeping
• The ability to take complex end-user requirements to code
• A strong personal commitment to quality service
• The ability to work independently and with a team
• LDAP directories
• Excellent Communication
