Responsibilities
- The contract collaboration support specialist will assist the senior collaboration specialist to provide seamless operation of all AV systems and meeting room technologies across the organization.
- This includes setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support for video conferencing systems, displays, microphones, and control panels in standard, huddle, and divisible training rooms.
- The role plays a key part in delivering high-quality meeting experiences and supporting executive and team collaboration.
- When not supporting AV & events, the CTS will perform technical support for the executive or general user population.
