Job Description:

This is request for a contractor with specific skills in support of Service Now applications and specifically the Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM) application for multiple projects within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

6+ years of experience with Service Now development and/or administration

5+ years' experience with Service Now Flow Designer or Service Now Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs), notifications, and reporting

Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies.

5+ years' experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)

3+ years' experience building and maintaining integrations between Service Now and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

Ability to estimate software development efforts.

Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Experience with Service Now development and/or administration
