Senior OnBase Application Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior OnBase Application Specialist to join their team. As a Senior OnBase Application Specialist, you will be part of the IT Support and Application Management department supporting the OnBase environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior OnBase Application Specialist

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Pay Range: $50

What's the Job?

• Provide expert administration, configuration, and support for the OnBase environment.
• Develop and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Manage day-to-day system functions including document type administration, user roles, and permissions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system health and stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate system improvements and issue resolution.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with OnBase applications and environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with Unity Client, Configuration, Workflows, and Document Import Processors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with system diagnostics and console tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non‑technical teams.
