As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as a strategic advisor connecting complex multi-cloud technologies with the evolving business needs of our clients. Working closely with the sales organization, you will lead discovery engagements, develop business‑aligned solution strategies, and design hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.

• Lead technical discovery engagements to uncover business goals, pain points, and drivers.
• Translate requirements into tailored, outcome‑focused cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Run workshops, white‑boarding sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Architect hybrid and multi‑cloud environments, aligning with performance, availability, security and compliance needs.
• Represent hosted cloud and public cloud offerings at technical and high‑level stages, respectively.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and specialist teams to align solutions with account strategy.
• Participate in RFPs, solution reviews, and scope definitions.
• Design security architectures including MDR, SOCaaS, IAM, SIEM/SOAR, and vulnerability management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, ISO, NIST, and other standards.
• Design secure, high‑performance networks integrating SD‑WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
• Stay current on emerging technology and translate innovation into business strategy.
• Educate clients and internal teams on current and future‑state capabilities.

• BA/BS with 6+ years of experience, MS with 4+ years, PhD with 1 year, or 10 years of overall experience without a degree.
• Professional level public cloud certification (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Experience working in a sales‑team context.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of private cloud and data center architectures (VMware, Citrix, storage, networking).
• High‑level knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP and their differences from traditional IT.
• Experience with managed security services and designing secure, compliant architectures.
• Strong understanding of hybrid connectivity, SD‑WAN, VPN, DNS, and firewalls.
• Design experience with SAN, NAS, backup, data protection, replication, and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and modern deployment practices.

Base salary $–$ per year plus an annual incentive/commission target of $52,800.00.

Paid vacation per company policy, seven paid holidays, up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually, and additional paid time off including bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteer, military, and parental leave.
