Manager, Advanced Analytics & AI – Hybrid, Houston, Texas – US or Green Card Only

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Advanced Analytics & AI to lead the development, translation, and adoption of predictive and AI-driven solutions across the enterprise. This role partners closely with Data Science, Business Technology, and functional teams to design scalable models, translate complex insights into actionable recommendations, and embed analytics into operational processes for measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Model & Product Development: Collaborate with Data Scientists to co-develop models and AI solutions, providing business context and feedback on design, testing, and data integration.
• Insight Translation & Executive Communication: Convert complex model outputs into executive-ready insights, dashboards, and visualizations that inform strategic decisions.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Adoption: Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders; facilitate adoption of AI/analytics solutions across functions and geographies.
• Use Case Framing & Prioritization: Identify high-impact analytics opportunities and guide technical feasibility, experimentation, and solution scaling.
• Team Leadership & Capability Building: Mentor analytics professionals on emerging AI technologies and visualization best practices. Manage associate and business partner resources to deliver analytics and dashboards for prioritized use cases, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

Identify high-impact analytics opportunities; guide technical feasibility, experimentation, and scaling of solutions.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Mentor analytics professionals on emerging AI technologies and visualization best practices; manage associate and business partner resources to deliver analytics and dashboards for prioritized use cases.

• 10+ years of professional experience in analytics or data visualization, including hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, and Tableau Server.
• 5+ years in a management role leading analytics or data teams.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, and digital technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to translate technical insights into business outcomes.
• Preferred:
  Experience with LLMs, generative AI, ML Ops, and enterprise adoption of AI solutions.
