Senior OnBase Application Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior OnBase Application Specialist to join their team. As a Senior OnBase Application Specialist, you will be part of the IT Support and Application Management department supporting the OnBase environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem‑solving skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior OnBase Application Specialist

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Pay Range: $50

• Provide expert administration, configuration, and support for the OnBase environment.
• Develop and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Manage day‑to‑day system functions including document type administration, user roles, and permissions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system health and stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate system improvements and issue resolution.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with OnBase applications and environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with Unity Client, Configuration, Workflows, and Document Import Processors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with system diagnostics and console tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non‑technical teams.
