• Support, lead, and collaborate in the organization of the process and practices of the IT team.
• Provide technical support and information to users.
• Collaborate in strategic planning of hardware and software procurement.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Document and share IT processes.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure workstation and network security.
• Maintain relationships with different employees and departments.
• Act as a key resource for configuring, supporting, and procuring hardware and software components.

• 5+ years of IT technician experience
• Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of computers and their hardware components
• Experience with supporting MacOS, Windows and Linux
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions (Kandji/Ninja One)
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Ability to prioritize tasks when under pressure
• Familiar with Windows and macOS
• A DEC in computer science technology or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Knowledge of command line tools
• Experience with security tools
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to less technical users
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment, and learn new concepts and software
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player, exhibiting exceptional relationship management skills
• Professionalism and integrity
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
