This position is ideal for experienced analytics professionals looking to advance their careers as an Analyst II on the Americas Analytics team. In this role, you will develop insightful dashboards, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to uncover key trends and business impacts. Your work will play a crucial role in enabling Align Technology to make data-driven decisions that shape overall business strategy.

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and business impacts.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to key business leaders, translating complex data into clear insights.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by setting realistic timelines and proactively communicating updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability by working with various data sources and validating reports
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement additional data needs based on business requirements and feedback, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholder
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and analysis.
• Stay updated with Power BI and data analytics best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/ Master's degree in Analytics preferred
• Experience:
  
  4-6 years of full-time experience
• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report building).
• Strong experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and effectively prioritizing competing projects to ensure timely and impactful delivery of insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and implement data models for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, or forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Solid understanding of business analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics.

If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.

For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
