Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP FICO solutions, along with developing SAC reports to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Finance & Controlling (FICO) processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
• Develop and maintain SAC reports and dashboards to support financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Provide guidance and best practices for SAC reporting, including data modeling, visualization, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training and support during go-live and post-go-live phases.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and policies for financial reporting.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a strong understanding of financial and controlling processes.
• Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting, including data modeling, visualization, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP FICO Certification is a plus.

Preferred

Skills:

• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP.
• Familiarity with SAP BW/4
  
  HANA or other data warehousing tools.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
